Right of withdrawal for standard products
Consumers may withdraw from the contract for standard, non-personalised products within 14 calendar days from the day they take physical possession of the product, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send an unequivocal statement through the return form or to andrei.zaharia9009@gmail.com before the deadline expires.
After notifying us, dispatch the product within 14 days. Do not send the parcel before receiving the return instructions and address. Products may be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The consumer is responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond that purpose.
Made-to-measure products
Under the exception in Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised. The Custom variant enters production only after the measurements and specifications are approved in writing. After that approval and the start of production, the order cannot be cancelled for change of mind.
This exception does not limit statutory rights for defective, non-conforming or incorrectly delivered products.
Condition of returned products
Return the product clean, unworn beyond a normal fitting, undamaged, and with the tags and accessories received. Original packaging is recommended to protect the product in transit, but its absence does not automatically cancel the statutory right of withdrawal.
Return costs
The customer bears the direct return shipping cost. If the product is defective, non-conforming or incorrectly delivered, AMV Atelier bears reasonable return costs and provides the applicable instructions.
Refunds
We refund eligible amounts, including the initial standard delivery cost, within 14 days from the date we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, without fees for the customer. Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery are not refunded.
Defective, non-conforming or incorrect products
