Processing and production
AMV Atelier products are prepared or made in the atelier before dispatch.
- Standard sizes: production and order preparation normally take 4–7 business days.
- Custom variant: the production timeframe is set individually and confirmed in writing together with the measurements and specifications before work begins.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If an order contains products with different timeframes, it may be dispatched after all products are complete unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Courier delivery
After dispatch, courier delivery normally takes an additional 1–3 business days in Romania. Courier transit time is separate from production time. Available destinations, delivery options and the exact shipping cost are displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
Dispatch confirmation
When the order is handed to the courier, you receive a dispatch confirmation and, where provided by the courier, tracking information. Courier timeframes are estimates and may be affected by peak periods, weather or circumstances outside the atelier’s control.
Address and delivery
The customer must provide a complete address and a correct phone number. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee an address change after the parcel has been handed to the courier.
Damaged parcel or incorrect order
If the packaging is visibly damaged or you receive an incorrect or non-conforming product, keep the packaging and contact us as soon as possible, stating the order number. Photographs of the parcel and product help us resolve the matter quickly and do not limit statutory consumer rights.
