1. Trader identity

2. Application of these terms

These terms govern use of the website and distance contracts concluded through the AMV Atelier store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms, privacy policy, shipping policy and refund policy applicable on the order date. Mandatory consumer rights under Romanian and EU law are not limited by these terms.

3. Products and availability

We sell garments in standard sizes and, where offered on the product, Custom pieces made to the customer’s measurements and specifications. We take reasonable care to keep photographs, colours, descriptions, materials and sizing accurate. Colour display may vary by screen without affecting our obligation to deliver a product conforming to its description.

Availability is shown on the product page. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance if the product is unavailable, there is an obvious price or information error, payment cannot be authorised, or there are reasonable fraud concerns. In that case we inform the customer and promptly refund any amount received for the undelivered product.

4. Prices, VAT and costs

Prices are displayed in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT. The Custom variant has a separate price shown on the product page and includes the stated surcharge over the standard variant. Delivery and any other applicable costs are displayed at checkout before the order is placed. No hidden charges are added after order confirmation.

5. Placing and accepting an order

Select the product and variant, review the cart, enter contact, shipping and billing details, choose an available payment method and submit the order. Before submitting, you can identify and correct errors using the cart and checkout controls.

An automatic acknowledgement of receipt does not always constitute final acceptance. The contract is concluded when the order is accepted and you receive the relevant confirmation, or when the product is dispatched, as applicable.

6. Custom orders

For the Custom variant, the atelier contacts the customer using the order details. The customer provides the requested measurements remotely. The atelier checks the information and confirms the specifications, price and production timeframe in writing. There is no physical fitting. Production begins only after the customer’s written approval.

After approval of the specifications and the start of production, the Custom order cannot be cancelled for change of mind and is excluded from the withdrawal right applicable to standard products because it is made to the customer’s specifications. Rights relating to defective, non-conforming or incorrectly delivered products remain applicable.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. The customer confirms they are authorised to use the selected method. Electronic payments are processed by the providers identified at checkout; AMV Atelier does not directly request or retain complete card details.

8. Delivery

For standard sizes, production and preparation normally take 4–7 business days. For Custom, the timeframe is set individually before production begins. After dispatch, courier delivery normally takes 1–3 business days in Romania. Full details are in the shipping policy.

9. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers may return standard products within the statutory 14-day period subject to the refund policy. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the withdrawal right under Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. 10. Product conformity

Products benefit from the applicable statutory conformity guarantees. If a product is defective, does not conform to its description or is delivered incorrectly, contact us with the order number and details of the issue. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory legal remedies.

11. Accounts and website use

You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information and for keeping account credentials confidential. The website must not be used for unlawful purposes, malicious code, unauthorised access, fraudulent copying of content or interference with store operation.

12. Intellectual property

AMV Atelier text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, designs and other materials are protected by intellectual property law. Personal use of the website does not grant the right to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit them without written permission from the rights holder.

13. Liability and force majeure

We are not responsible for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, third-party providers or events outside reasonable control, but this does not affect obligations and rights that cannot be limited by law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, injury, product non-conformity or any other matter that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Personal data and cookies

Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy, and the use of cookies and similar technologies in the cookie policy. Consent preferences can be managed through the cookie preferences tool available on the website.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution

For direct resolution, first contact andrei.zaharia9009@gmail.com. Consumers may use the Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms provided by the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. They may also contact the competent authorities or courts. These terms are governed by Romanian law without affecting mandatory protection granted by the law of the consumer’s country of residence.

16. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect legal or operational changes. The version applicable to an order is the version available when the order was placed. Updates are published on this page.
