- Bust
- Around the fullest part of the bust, with your arms relaxed.
- Waist
- Around your natural waist, usually at its narrowest point.
- Hips
- Around the fullest part of your hips, with your feet together.

Standard size
- No personal measurements are required; choose one of the sizes shown on the product.
- Production: 4–7 business days.
- Courier transit: another 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Returns within 14 days of receipt, subject to the returns policy.
Made-to-measure
The Custom variant price is shown separately on every product and includes the 100 lei surcharge above the standard price.
- Place the order and choose the Custom variant.
- The atelier contacts you using the details supplied with the order. You can also start the conversation through the contact form.
- Send the requested measurements remotely: bust, waist, hips, height and any additional measurements required for the design.
- The atelier reviews the measurements and sends the specifications and production timing for your written approval. There is no in-person fitting.
- Production begins after your written approval. Timing is agreed individually before work starts.
- After dispatch, courier transit takes 1–3 business days.
Cancellation and returns
Once you approve the measurements/specifications in writing and production begins, the made-to-measure order cannot be cancelled. Pieces made to the customer’s specifications cannot be returned for change of mind. Defective or incorrect items are handled under the returns policy.
